(HP) hereinafter called as AUTHOR OF THE TRUST which expression shall wherever the context so permits mean and include its successors–in-office of the ONE PART and;

WHEREAS the AUTHOR OF THE TRUST decided to create and establish an irrevocable public Charitable Trust for the welfare of the community at large without discrimination of language, caste, creed, religion etc. with objects and constitution as hereinafter set forth;
